Luke’s Auto Care’s Story

I am a 4th generation mechanic whose family history of keeping cars and trucks on the road goes back almost as far as cars on the road go. My great grandpa opened one of the first filling stations in the West Chicago area in the early 1900’s.

I grew up to my father’s stories of working on cars behind their house and drag racing in the early hot rod days, racing in a Fiat X19 club & working as a Master Tech back in his earlier days until working his way to service manager. He has since retired from the shop but still enjoys working on cars and going to car shows. My spark for the industry came as early as 15 and 16 years old.

I remember purchasing my first car before I could drive. I traded that for a car with a blown engine. It had sat dormant in an alley in Aurora. My father and I towed it back home and rebuilt the bottom end. When I test drove the car down the street a year and $2,500 of hard earned money later, I knew what I wanted to do with my life.

Years later, after working at two shops in Loveland and developing my skill, I began to understand the need for a shop in town that could do its best to provide affordable auto repair and not add unnecessary services onto an already expensive estimate. So in 2017 I opened Luke’s Auto Care and have worked countless hours to bring that affordable auto repair to Loveland.

My work ethic and knowledge are known around town as well as my integrity and honor. As my shop starts to grow now after 7 years in business I promise to bring that integrity and honor to my employees and back to the customers to ensure your vehicle is serviced and repaired the right way at the most reasonable prices around.
